Tenant must see the property in person for the application to be accepted.

Lease terms 1 year minimum (10% more for <1 year lease).

Last month rent free per year if rent is paid in full at time of signing (1 year minimum lease required).

Renters insurance required.

Security deposit and first month rent due upon signing.

Tenant responsible for utilities and landscaping unless otherwise noted.

No smoking permitted inside the residence.

All tenants over the age of 18 are subject to application process and background checks.

Each adult applicant will pay $45 application fee for background checks.
